With External Assessments you can evaluate candidates by asking them to do practical assignments. For an example, if you are hiring a Creative Designer, during the evaluation you might want to ask them to create a sample design (So you can check their real skills). You can achieve this with HireTrace External Assessments.
There can be two types of External Assesments.
Actions in Scheduled Interviews
- Manual Assessments / On-site Assessments - If you want to conduct the assessments manually by assigning tasks to the candidates one by one. Such as giving exams, asking to complete unique assignments for each candidate
- Auto Assignning Assessments - If you want to assign a single assessment for all candidates and candidates can submit the answers by themselves. For an example, asking to prepare a report, create a design, etc.
