Pending Onboarding
In HireTrace, after you marked as a candidate "Accepted Offer", that candidate will be available on "Pending Onboarding" tab. In here, you can export available candidates, with their details into a CSV file.
In "Pending Onboarding" you can do the following actions
Actions in Offer Handling
- Mark as Onboarded - If you manually pushed candidate details to your HRIS tool or onboarding tool (third party), use this option. It will remove the candidate from "Pending Onboarding" tab
- Push to HRIS - If you have connected your HRIS tool using HireTrace webhook, click on this action. It will automatically send the candidate details to the HRIS connected. This also removes the candidate from "Pending Onboarding" tab
- Reject - For some reason, if you cancel hiring the candidate, use this option. This also removes the candidate from "Pending Onboarding" tab
